Each villa is fully furnished and contains:
- Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (The master bedroom faces the ocean and has its own bathroom)
- Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom
- Double-sized bed in the other two bedrooms
- Living room
- Full kitchen
- Breakfast nook
- Air-conditioning (Bedrooms only)
- Ceiling fans in all rooms
- Television
- Washer and dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Bed linen and towels
- Porch (Front and back. The back porch faces the ocean)
